Review: The Shadow Bells

The Shadow Bells The Shadow Bells by Tawdra Kandle
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

With all the drama that has surrounded Nell and Rafe (including, you know, the big bad that is still lurking), this Christmas story was a wonderful reprieve for these two. Of course, what starts as a simple visit home turns into something more for this magical duo. Nell is willing to head back to King, even though she was a little bit evil the last time she was physically there. Rafe, of course, has been missing his grandparents, but he was only willing to go back if Nell was 100% okay. After managing that hurdle, a simple gathering should be easy, right?

Nell and Rafe are visited by the ghosts of the town's past and shown the good and the bad. They come out of this magical adventure even stronger and I couldn't be happier! If anyone deserves a nice Christmas, it's these two. Oh, and we get a nice glimpse into some of the founding family's relationships. This was a must read for any fans of the King world.
