While I think we’ve all seen this story as part of Acheron’s amazing tale, it was a good reminder of the Dark-Hunter origins. This obviously takes place a long, long time ago before Dark-Hunters were the awesome guys (and gals) that we know today. While not to be read as a standalone, this would be a good way to start your read of the series, or as an addition to what you’ve already read of the series.
