This story was as wonderful, heart-warming story of a lonely ex-gangster Dark-Hunter on Christmas. If you’re wonderful what a holiday themed story in the Dark-Hunter universe looks like – it’s this and it is awesome. All of your favorites make an appearance – including Ash and Simi.
Gallagher is a reformed gangster who lost his wife (who he had been secretly watching over) last year. Still trying to find his purpose in life (other than killing Daimons), he ends up at a hospital hoping that a Daimon’s latest victim pulls through. Fate has other plans for him, though, and they end up showing him the true meaning of family.
