Review: The Bobcat's Tale

The Bobcat's Tale
The Bobcat's Tale by Georgette St. Clair

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book continues the craziness that is the Blue Moon Junction. There's all sorts of shifters, all sorts of small-town drama, and oodles of mystery!

Lainey is a bobcat shifter and determined to run away from all her problems. Her family is trying to force her into an arranged marriage, so to hide from them she is trying to pretend to be her best friend and hide out in this small town. Too bad for her, the town is filled with "love psychics" and some very interested wolf shifters that are doing everything they can to lure her out of her shell. There was some name confusion, but once you get past that, it was an easy and fun read.

It was nice to watch this girl who has been beaten down really "bloom" in this very special town. Tate and his crazy family were definitely the highlight of this read. He's got tons of brothers and sisters that just keep getting into trouble. That's probably the real thing that brings Tate and Lainey together - the way she is with all the kids. It was a happy ending for everyone involved.
