Review: Frostbitten

Frostbitten Frostbitten by Charlotte Stein
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

If you're looking for a quick, smutty, vampire book, look no further. The combination of dirty, dirty deeds, vampires, and some twists on your typical pnr made for a good read.

We meet Cora right as she is thrust into the world of the paranormal. What starts as an awkward and stumbling conversation with her crush, Zeke, ends with her being sort-of kidnapped. Turns out, in order to save her, and be a little selfish, Zeke began the process of turning her into a vampire. All they have to do is stay away from each other for a little bit and she will detox, going back to her normal life. Awesome, right? Well, the pull they feel is unlike anything she's ever known. That's still doable, until you introduce Zeke's partner to the mix.

Zeke's frostbitten partner, Merrick, is exactly the kind of vampire you'd expect - brooding, angry, rigid. All that gets thrown up in the air, though, when all three find themselves caught in some mystical threeway love affair. We get a solid HEA and this can easily be read in an afternoon. What's not to like?
