Review: Midwinter Magic

Midwinter Magic
Midwinter Magic by Erica Ridley

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I am in love with this world. The author really does a great job of creating a quirky and wonderful read that I just cannot put down! This was a shorter installment in the “Nether-Netherland” series, but it was still just as enjoyable as the first.

This book follows Sarah Phimm, a guardian angel who has been assigned to Jack, a very driven philanthropist who will stop at nothing to “save the world.” Because Jack is diving head first into saving some small villages, Sarah is forced to reveal herself and try to stop Jack from constantly putting himself in danger (thus making her job harder along the way!). Their interaction was adorable and heartwarming. There was a ton of chemistry and magic thrown in along the way that kept this book firmly in the paranormal romance zone. It was such a joy to read.

If you are a paranormal lover and enjoy a good HEA, check this book out. No previous experience with the Nether-Netherland world required.
