I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This was a really cute and adorably funny read. There was a lot of sarcastic humor that really agrees with my reading style so I was able to blow through this book super quick. I don't think the book synopsis does it justice. This book read like a light version of a Kim Harrison book -- lots of magical screw ups, paranormals, and humor.

Based on the size of the book, there really wasn't much room for character development, but it still didn't hinder my enjoyment. If you're looking for fun read for a lazy afternoon, this is a good bet. It is definitely not a true YA book, but I enjoyed the adult language and behavior thrown in. Dora and her "demon lord" were a nice alternative YA couple that I look forward to seeing in many more books to come.
