This was a sexy paranormal read packed into a quick to read novella format. There was a romantic story that left me wanting to read more in this world (which is, I suppose, the point of a novella, right?).
Fletcher has always been in love with Delaney. He was a lone wolf until she forced her father to take him into the pack. Always feeling below her (which was reinforced by her father), Fletcher aimed to make himself into a better man for her. Unfortunately, that took him down a dark road as a thug for hire. Lucky for Delaney, he was hired by another pack to kidnap her.
Delaney thought Fletcher was dead, but now she's thrown into an even more complicated situation filled with betrayal and the chance for ultimate happiness. She and Fletcher have some steamy scenes but are ultimately predestined mates. This was a quick read with a nice HEA for everyone.
