I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I haven't read any of the other Southern Shifters books, but I don't really think that hurt my enjoyment of this one. It was sexy, fun, and action packed!
Dean and Niki meet on Christmas Eve at a bar. The typical lonely hearts meeting ends up throwing them both into something much larger than even their complicated relationship. Niki is stubborn and sneaky and perfect for Dean. Dean is conflicted and determined and together they made for a nice mix of fighting and making up in the bedroom.
This was a fun read that was filled with smut and some really romantic scenes. It definitely made me want to check out the rest of the series to see what other fun antics I missed out on!
