I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
While I think you can read this on its own, I really enjoyed the follow-up to the true alpha series. Wondering how Mia and Lucas work to find common ground? This is pretty much what we get here.
Mia is struggling to balance her family, her past, and her wonderful new mate. Lucas, being a little oblivious to the situation, is still sexy hot, showing her how much he cares in a few different ways, but not in the way she needs him to. They fight and struggle to get over their communication issues, eventually finding their way back to normal.
This little Christmas story was a nice addition in the true alpha series that the fans should check out.
