Review: Dark Night (The Amulet, #2)

This short story continues along with the amulet tales and takes place in the world of master vampires and witches.

Eligio has been trying to "woo" Sol-Brenna for a while now. When he finds out that a powerful amulet has been purchased on the black market by none other than the witch he's been hunting, he uses this information to his advantage. With blackmail as an excuse, these two really ignite the pages (of my kindle). There's oodles of sexiness which unfortunately distracts them from the evil-doers out there who also want to get their hands on the powerful amulet.

These are short, sexy reads that give an itty bitty glimpse into what could be a really neat world. The author can really set the stage with a full length book but I found these stories a little too short to get really good.
